Shipping & Delivery

What is the estimate delivery time?

Hello from Mumbai! Our delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. However, on an average, please expect delivery within 3-7 working days.

Is there any shipping fee?

We provide free shipping within India for orders with a cart value of ₹349. For orders with a cart value of less than ₹387, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 will be applied for orders within Mumbai & ₹79 will be charged for orders out of Mumbai

Where do you ship to?

We ship from Mumbai to PAN India!

Do you Ship to an address different from my billing address?

Yes, our jewellery are delivered PAN India. You can place your order from anywhere
within the country for yourself and your loved ones and we’ll have it delivered

Can I ask for express shipping?

We happily provide express shipping for a minimal extra charge of ₹149. Upon placing the order, the jewellery will be delivered within 24-48 hours. However, if an order is placed on a Sunday, public or government holidays, the order will be dispatched on the next working day. Please consider that Esteva Jewlz has no control over any delays due to weather, volume, traffic etc for the shipment. We also provide Wefast as an option as we’re based out of Mumbai and for further queries on the same, please feel free to reach out to us via Mail/ WhatsApp.

How Secure is the delivery?

Esteva is associated with the most trusted, reputed, and secure carrier services like, Blue Dart, ShipRocket and more to ensure the orders reach you at the earliest and in the safest condition.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking id on your
email and/or text message. 

You can then track your item using the tracking id on the
carrier service’s website. 

You can also log in to the 
Esteva Jewlz account and track items from your profile. Click on my
account>my orders>tracking id. 

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we don’t provide any cancellations. However in case of dislike of any product please reach out to us via Mail/ DM/ WhatsApp for reverse pickup within 48
hours of delivery. Please note that the shipping charges of (please
insert Rs symbol) 70 will be deducted by us. For further details you can mail

Return & Exchanges

What are your returns and exchange policies?

We are happy to provide a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.

Please note that we don’t offer any refunds. However, we do provide credit notes within a period of 7 days having unlimited validity upon the return of any products.

The credit note will be issued after deducting ₹70 from the price of the products returned, once delivered back to us.

However, an uncut unedited unboxing video is mandatory in case of return of the products.

Kindly note that, We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. For more detailed information, please check our returns and exchange policy.

What do I do if my jewellery is defective or I received the wrong order?

Firstly, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to estevajewlz@gmail.com. Our Customer Support Team will be happy to help resolve it!

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We produce our jewellery at the highest quality to ensure it will be kept and worn for the longest time. Always remember that affordable jewellery or anything other than solid gold requires extra care that doesn’t cost that much 😉

Follow these 4 simple steps to keep your Gold plated, anti-tarnish pieces looking their best year after year

AVOID direct contact with beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant and makeup.

ALWAYS remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering.

TO CLEAN your jewellery, wipe with a soft, moist cloth and ensure the piece is dried well.

STORE each piece separately. The best way to store your necklaces is to store them in our Esteva jewellery box

We’re committed to delivering the best in class quality jewellery. However, if your pieces are exposed to the products above, some tarnishing may occur. It may also naturally occur from certain skin’s PH levels.

Gifting

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Yes, we do offer gift-wrapping services to our customers. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do have digital gift cards ranging from ₹1,000/- Attach a link below for the same

How do I redeem my gift card?

Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout.

The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit/debit card or PayPal. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.

Payments

How do I make payments for my order?

You can make payments on Esteva through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI.

Cards Accepted: Mastercard, Visa and American Express

Is Cash on Delivery available?

We offer COD on all orders for a minimal extra charge of ₹79/-

What should I do if my payment fails?

There can be a gateway glitch at times. In such situations, please try again. If the amount has been deducted, it will be credited back to the original form of payment. For more information, you can email us at estevajewlz@gmail.com

Can I combine discounts?

A limit of 1 discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes, or any other type of discount. Esteva Jewlz has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
