Shipping policy

Thank You for shopping with us! Once your order is packed & ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email or a text message which will enable you to track its activity till it reaches your destination.

Our delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. On an average, please expect delivery within 3-7 working days.

For Metros and Tier 1 cities, the delivery time will typically range between 3-7 working days.

For Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities and Rural areas, delivery may take up to 10-14 working days.

Please note that delivery timelines may be extended by 2-3 additional working days based on the location and other factors such as weather conditions or local holidays.

Shipping Charges:

1. Free Shipping within India for orders with a cart value above ₹499/-.

2. For orders with a cart value of less than ₹499/-, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 will be applied for orders pan India.

3.  We offer Free Shipping on COD orders above ₹899/- COD orders below ₹899/-there is minimal extra charge of ₹99/-

4. Express shipping: We happily provide express shipping for a minimal extra charge of ₹149/-. Upon placing the order, the jewellery will be delivered within 24-48 hours. However, if an order is placed on a Sunday, public or government holidays, the order will be dispatched on the next working day. Please consider that Esteva Jewlz has no control over any delays due to weather, volume, traffic etc for the shipment.

5. Same day shipping: Note that this is only accessible for Mumbai. We provide Wefast/Porter as a choice. You may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.

6. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
