Cancellations: Please note that we do not provide any cancellations.
Return Policy:
We are happy to provide a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
- Please note that we don’t offer any refunds. However, we do provide credit notes within a period of 7 days having unlimited validity upon the return of any products.
- The credit note will be issued after deducting INR 79/- from the price of the products returned, once delivered back to us.
- Mail /DM / WhatsApp us within 3 working days along with your Order ID & reason of the return.
- An uncut unedited unboxing video is mandatory in case of return of the products.
- Kindly note that, We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Damaged, Missing & Dislike Product:
We follow a multi-layer checking process to avoid any damages or misses from our end. Return/exchange can take place if the product has manufacturing defect or is damaged during the transit. Moreover, the customer will have to report the same within 24 hours of receiving the order and send us an unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
You will receive credit note for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 working days after the product is received by us.
- Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewellery is highlighted in zoom.
- You must send us an unedited uncut video of the original labels and tags intact within the box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater to any further request.
We will be requiring a 360-degree uncut unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
In case of dislike of any product one can Mail/ DM/ WhatsApp us for reverse pickup within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that the shipping charges of INR 79/- will be deducted by us. You can mail us at estevajewlz@gmail.com

CASES WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT FEASIBLE:
- It is outside the time frame of return request.
- Anything included in the shipment that was received is missing.
- Product is being misused which results in damage of the product.
- Items which include freebies cannot be returned without the complimentary items.
- Any sale or items purchased using a credit note cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Any items sent back to us without following the store policy.
- Any products purchased offline/pop events is not eligible to be exchanged/returned through online store. In that case kindly contact us through Email, WhatsApp or Dm.
- Products purchased during offers, clearance or any special discounts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once you have mailed the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service.
Return and exchange will not be processed on a per product basis:
If you want to return or exchange items, it will be handled for the entire order at once, rather than for individual products. In other words, you can't return or exchange only one specific product from your order; the decision to return or exchange will apply to all the items in the order as a whole.
Any single jewellery in a combo/ gift box cannot be replaced or returned.
